My Drivers Permanent Monthly is driver service provider to the customers. The customer will be the employer of the assigned driver.

My Drivers Permanent Monthly will not be liable for any act of the driver during his employment with the Customer.

Information provided by the driver is authenticated by the driver and company is only liable for Background verification of the driver.

The My Drivers Permanent Monthly is not liable for any damages caused due to accidents that might have occurred during the duty time of our drivers. The My Drivers Permanent Monthly follows a well laid down due diligence / vetting process for the recruitment of its drivers.

It is the responsibility of the customers to check and safeguard their belongings at the start, during and end of duty time. My Drivers Permanent Monthly will not be liable for any loss incurred by the customer due to damage or loss of property / belongings.

The My Drivers Permanent Monthly works only as service provider of drivers and would not be liable for jurisdiction procedure on the court of law.

My Drivers Permanent Monthly will provide new drivers in case the driver we provided is no more in service with customer within 4 days.

My Drivers Permanent Monthly would be providing minimum Two days notification for the replacement of the driver Company service charge would be payable at Telangana Driver Services

In service period My Drivers Permanent Monthly will provide max four screened drivers as per job description provided.

We do not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, damage or loss of any personal belongings, Users vehicle or intellectual property whilst providing the Services. The user is liable to any and all insurance as maybe required by law. Any Replacement of driver will do based on proper reason of driver.

Refund Policy:

If you do service charge once, then if you have to get service cancellation done then there will be no refund. Cancellation Charges: Cancellation of hourly/outstation duties is applicable if, driver is assigned for duty.

SERVICES DESCRIPTION: We provide the Temporary and Permanent driver service and cab drivers and Truck drivers by calling to our service phone number. Driver will go to location point do the service of Local and Outstanding driver services.
We provide the cab services where our cab driver go to Pick up location to Drop-off Or Pickup and Drop-off service.
